KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned, DAVID A. MOSES of
16139 E. Prentice Lane, Centennial, CO 80015, as SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE of THE JOHN
Q. MOSES REVOCABLE TRUST dated March 12, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as
Assignor) for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and
valuable considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, does hereby convey, grant, bargain, sell, transfer, assign, QUIT -CLAIM, and
set over unto SUSAN SCHACHTERLE and her successors in trust as TRUSTEE of THE
SUSAN SCHACHTERLE REVOCABLE TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED
JANUARY 16, 2014, 740 Pearl Street, Suite 601, Denver, CO 80203, as to a 1/5 (one -fifth)
interest; VALERIE J. MOSES and her successors in trust as TRUSTEE OF THE VALERIE
J. MOSES LIVING TRUST, 1937 Fairfax St., Denver, CO 80220, as to a 1/5 (one -fifth)
interest; JOHN GEOFFREY MOSES and MAUREEN M. McCALLIN MOSES and their
successors in trust as TRUSTEES OF THE JOHN GEOFFREY MOSES AND MAUREEN
M. McCALLIN MOSES REVOCABLE TRUST, 4090 So. Yosemite Street, Denver, CO
80237, as to a 1/5 (one -fifth) interest; DAVID A. MOSES and his successors in trust as
TRUSTEE OF THE DAVID ANDREW MOSES TRUST, 16139 E. Prentice Lane,
Centennial, CO 80015, as to a 1/5 (one -fifth) interest; and MONICA L. MOSES and her
successors in trust as TRUSTEE OF THE MONICA L. MOSES TRUST AGREEMENT,
4109 Xerxes Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55410, as to a 1/5 (one -fifth) interest;
(hereinafter collectively referred to as Assignee), all interest whatsoever, whether leasehold
interest, royalty interest, overriding royalty interest, mineral interest, working interest, or any
other interest in the following lands in SWEETWATER AND LINCOLN COUNTIES,
WYOMING:

The above described lands are contained in the BLM oil and gas lease

Section 31: Lots 3, 4, E1/2SW1/4, NE1/4
Section 32: NE1/4, SW1/4
Section 33: Lots 1, 2, 7, 8 (NE1/4), Lots 11, 12, 13, 14 (SW1/4)
The above described lands are contained in BLM oil and gas lease

Together with all appurtenances thereunto and all interest in any Pooling Agreement, Unit,
Unitized Area, or Communitized Area in which the above referenced lands may be included, and
any other property, real or personal or mixed, in this county. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
interest herein transferred and assigned unto Assignee, his heirs, devisees, personal
representatives, successors and assigns, forever, subject to all existing oil and gas leases,
assignments, burdens, agreements and other matters of record, and to the provision that this
assignment of interest is made without warranty of title, either express or implied.
