STALEY, a Single Person of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming in consideration of Ten and 00 /100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to them in hand paid by Judith G. Staley whose address is 1930 Miller Avenue, Burley, ID 83118 The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said JUDITH G. STALEY, a Single Person heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I have, ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all the following described premises, to -wit: Part of Section 3, T31N R119W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 25 rods West from the Northeast corner of the SW %NW 'A of said Section 3 and running thence East 105 rods to the Northeast corner of the SE' /a NW IA of said Section 3; thence South 61 -12/31 rods; thence West 156 rods; thence in a Northeasterly direction 80 rods, more or less, to the place of beginning. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said Judith G. Staley heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither I nor any other person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
