is 260 South Center, Oakley, ID 83346, as Grantee's sole and separate property, including rents issues,
profits, income appreciation in value and all of the Grantor's interest of every kind and nature in the described
premises, to -wit:
Part of Section 3, T31 N R119W, of the 6 P.M., Lincoln county, Wyoming more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at a point 25 rods West from the Northeast corner of the SW1 /4NW1/4 of said section 3 and
running thence East 105 rods to the Northeast corner of the SE1 /4NW1/4 of said Section 3; thence
South 61 -12/31 rods;
Thence West 156 rods;
Thence in a Northeasterly direction 80 rods, more or less, to the place of beginning.
To have and to hold the said premises, with their appurtenances unto said Grantee, and the Grantee's
heirs and assigns forever
