which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby CONVEY and WARRANT unto Up with
People, a California non profit corporation, "GRANTEE whose address is 6830
Broadway, Unit A, Denver, Colorado 80221 -2851, the following described real estate,
situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming,
to -wit:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
Together with and including all oil, gas, and other minerals and mineral
rights appurtenant thereto and owned by Grantor, if any, all water ditches
and ditch rights appurtenant thereto and owned by Grantors, if any, and
all improvements and all other appurtenances and hereditaments
thereunto belonging; subject to general taxes for the year of dosing,
building and zoning regulations, county and state subdivision and zoning
laws, easements, restrictive covenants, reservations, rights and rights -of-
way of record, and further subject to discrepancies, conflicts in boundary
lines, shortage of area, encroachments and any facts which a correct
survey and inspection of the premises would disclose and which are not
shown on the public record.
