SW1/4NE1/4 OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 34 NORTH, RANGE 119 WEST, OF THE
6TH P.M., TOWN OF THAYNE, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, THE
BOUNDARY AND ENCUMBRANCES BEING MORE PARTICULARLY
