BEGINNING at the Southwest comer of said Southeast Quarter (South one quarter corner), the original stone
monument, and running thence North 0 °08'21" East, 843.49 feet along the West line thereof to a point
monumented with a 5/8" x 24" steel bar with 1 1/2" aluminum cap inscribed "Fred Coles PLS 6927 from which
point the Northwest corner of said Southeast Quarter (Center one quarter corner) bears North 0 °08'21" East,
1792.81 feet, said Northwest corner being monumented with a steel pipe with brass cap inscribed "RLS 164
Thence North 89 °59'11" East, 1793.80 feet to a point on the West right -of -way line of Lincoln County Road No.
12 -207, said point being monumented with a 5/8" x 24" steel bar with 1 -1/2" aluminum cap inscribed "Fred Coles
PLS 6927 WC R/W
Thence continuing North 89 °59'11" East, 50.19 feet to a point on the centerline of said County Road;
Thence South 5 °00'36" West 846.22 feet along said centerline to a point on the South line of said Section, from
which point the Southeast corner thereof, the original stone monument, bears North 89 °58'10" East, 866.58 feet;
Thence leaving said centerline South 89°58'10" West 50.19 feet along the South line of said Section to a point on
said West right -of -way line, said point being monumented with a 5/8" x 24" steel bar with 1 -1/2" aluminum cap
inscribed "Fred Coles PLS 6927 WC R/W
Thence confirm' g South 89 °58'10" West, 1721.95 feet along said South line to the POINT OF BEGINNING,
