Said point being a point on the North boundary line of Parcel 31 of the 1942 Plat of the Town of Diamondville where is found a 1" diameter iron pipe; Thence S50 °58'46 "E, 16.07 feet to a point; Thence S43°07' 11 "W, 76.98 feet to a point; Thence N58 °35'51 "W 9.95 feet to a point on the common boundary of Parcel 29 and 31 of the 1942 Plat of the Town of Diamondville where is found an aluminum JFC survey cap; Thence N38 °30'00 "E, 78.10 feet to the point of beginning Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto.
