KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that JAMES DEPIERO and KATHLEEN
FOSS DEPIERO, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, 869 Swift Creek Lane, Afton,
Wyoming 83110, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remise, release, and forever
quitclaim unto ROBERT M. WILKES, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE of The Lucy B. Wilkes Living Trust
dated April 4, 2003, 456 North 4100 East, Rigby, Idaho 83442, GRANTEE, and his successors and
assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim, and demand as they may have or
ought to have in and to all of the following described property, to wit:
That property described in the legal description titled, "Description: Wilkes 173 -643
South Adjusted attached hereto.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights -of-
way of sight and/or record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
