East, Rigby, Idaho 83442, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remises, releases,
and forever quitclaims unto JAMES DEPIERO and KATHLEEN FOSS DEPIERO, husband and wife,
as tenants by the entireties, 869 Swift Creek Lane, Afton, Wyoming 83110, GRANTEES, and their heirs
and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim, and demand as she may have

Adjusted attached hereto.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights -of-
way of sight and/or record.

A portion of the DePiero property, as referred to in the Deeds
recorded with Receiving No. 942661, in Book 706, on Page 276, and
Receiving No. 943733, in Book 709, on Page 369, a portion of the Nelson
property, as referred to in the Deeds recorded with Document No.
850773, in Book 412PR, on Page 333, and Receiving No. 940080, in Book
698, on Page 333, and a portion of the Wilkes property, as referred
to in the Deed recorded with Document No. 553998, in Book 173PR, on
Page 643, all with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming,
located within the SW1 /4SW1/4 of Section 24, T32N, R119W, Lincoln
County, Wyoming. The Boundary and Encumbrances being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a corner of an existing Fence line, said Point of
Beginning being 942.91 feet N83 °16'09 "E from the Paul N. Scherbel
RLS 164, 1981 location for the Southwest Corner of said SW1 /4SW1 /4,
of said Section 24, also
said Point of Beginning being 415.34 feet N74 °32'40 "W from the
Marlowe A. Scherbel, 1994 location for the Southeast Corner of said
SW1 /4SW1/4, of said Section 24;

prolongation thereof, 153.44 feet to a Point in the Center Line of
