KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Susan Loveland, in
Consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other good
and valuable Consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, convey and quitclaim unto Mark Loveland, a single
person, whose address is P.O. Box 1602, Afton, WY 83110, all
such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and
demand, as she may have or ought to have, in or to all the
following described premises, to -wit:
Part of Section 36, T32N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is 1000 feet west of the
Northeast corner of said NW4NW4 and running thence
South, 137 feet;. thence West, 21 feet; thence South,
160 feet; thence West, 165 feet; thence North, 297
feet; thence East 186 feet to the point of beginning
A tract of land lying in the NW4NW4 of Section 36,
T32N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is 33 feet South and 1021
feet West of the Northeast corner of said NW+NW4,
and proceeding thence South 264 feet; thence West
165 feet; thence North 264 feet; thence East 165 feet
to the point of beginning
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
