This Deed, Made this 6th day of August, 2001, between the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, of Washington, D.C., party of
the first part, and DALE R. SEQUERA and SUSAN J. SEQUERA, (Husband and Wife) party(ies) of the
second part, WHOSE ADDRESS IS: 501 PEARL, KEMMERER, WY, 83101
Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), and other good and valuable
considerations, to the said party of the first part in hand paid by the said party(ies) of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said party(ies)
of the second part, THEIR heirs and assigns, forever, the following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 11 of Block 34 of the First Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described
on the official plat thereof.

Being the same property acquired by the party of the first part pursuant to the provisions of the National Housing Act, as amended (12 U.S.C.
1701) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act (42 U.S.C. 3531).
Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining, and the reversion and
reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever, of the said
party of the first part, either in law or equity, of, in and to the above bargained premises, with the hereditaments and appurtenances;
To Have And To Hold the said premises above bargained and described with the appurtenances, unto DALE R. SEQUERA and
SUSAN J. SEQUERA, (Husband and Wife) the said party(ies) of the second part, THEIR heirs and assigns forever.
Subject to All covenants, restrictions, reservations, easements, conditions and rights appearing of record; and Subject to any state of facts an
accurate survey would show.
And the said party of the first part, for himself and his successors, covenants and agrees to and with the said party(ies) of the second part, THEIR
heirs and assigns, the above bargained premises in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said party(ies) of the second part, THEIR heirs and
assigns, against all and every person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim the whole or any party thereof, by, through or under the said party of the
first part, to Warrant and forever Defend.
In Witness Whereof the undersigned has set his /her hand and seal as Attorney -in -Fact for and on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and
Urban Development.
