Trustees of the Quinn R. Heiner and Hyesoon H. Heiner Family Revocable Trust dated January 8,
2004, of Bedford, County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, F T Investments Limited
Partnership, a Utah Limited Partnership, and. L V Investments Limited Partnership, a Utah
Limited Partnership, as Mortgagee, do hereby certify that a certain Mortgage bearing the date of
November 21, 2005, made and executed by Kay M. Burton and Aneta R. Burton, husband and
wife, as Mortgagor, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
$68,000,00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and
Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on December 9, 2005, in Book
607, Page 293, Recording Number 914365, and mortgaging the following described real estate in
said County, to -wit:
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged; and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said mortgagor, Kay M. Burton and Aneta R. Burton„ husband and wife, the premises
thereby conveyed and mortgaged.

Revocable Trust dated May 16, 1997, described in and which executed the foregoing instrument;
that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said trust; that said trustees had the
authority under the terms of the written trust instrument to execute the instrument on behalf of the
trust; and said trustees acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said trust.
