Roberts, Grantor, of the County of Lincoln, Wyoming, the GRANTOR, for the consideration of Ten and No /100 ($10.00) Dollars in hand paid, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS TO FRED W.
