WARRANTY DEED
Deana Hild Giles, of Manhattan Beach, Los Angeles County, California, and Deana Hild
Giles as Trustee of the Hild Children Exclusion Trust, of Manhattan Beach, Los Angeles County,
California, grantors, for and in consideration of Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable
considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY and WARRANT to
Tygee Valley Ranch, LLC, an Idaho Limited Liability Company, of 615 South 1430 West, Lehi, UT
84043, grantee, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to -wit:
The east half of the following described land:
Beginning at the southwest corner of the SE1 /4 of Section 4, T32N, R119W of the
6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming; thence East along the section line 80 rods;
thence North along the quarter section line 138 rods; thence at right angles West 80
rods, to the half section line; thence South along said half section line 138 rods to the
place of beginning.
SUBJECT, however, to all covenants, conditions, easements, exceptions,
restrictions, reservations, and rights of way of sight or record.
