Box 7000, Jackson, Wyoming 83002, acting through its undersigned officer, does hereby make the following statement of facts: 1. That the Bank of Jackson Hole holds a mortgage with AWYO Properties, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability limited company, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 828 of Photostatic Records on page 553, encumbering all of the property described under the Certificate of Surveyor on the plat titled, "FINAL PLAT GRANITE RIDGE PHASE II, A SUBDIVISION WITHIN SE1/4 SECTION 9 T36N R119W, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING dated 15 February 2013, as revised and recorded concurrently herewith. 2. That the undersigned officer has reviewed said plat. 3. That he has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of Mortgagee thereon and the implications thereof. 4.
