Notice of Lien Assessment
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Declarations of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions of the Ridge Estates Homeowners Association, as contained in instruments of record with the Lincoln
County Clerk in Book 553 of Photo page 54, receiving number 898829, that there exists a lien and interest on the
following described real property within Lincoln County, Wyoming:
Lot 10 of Meadow Ridge Estates, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that plat recorded in the office of Lincoln
County Clerk on April 28, as Plat No. 237 -A. Tax Roll No. 3718- 20 -3 -00- 103.00
Unpaid indebtness of: 846.46
This amounts includes 822.46 in unpaid indebtness for HOA dues and weed spraying plus interest that has
occurred for non payment. It also as the 12.00 filing fee paid at the time of this filing and the 12.00 fee that will
be paid to release the lien.
