releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the

Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 7 of said Block 25, the
intersection of Pine Avenue and Ruby Street;
thence S63 °26'W, along Ruby Street 70 feet, to the point of beginning;
thence S63 °26'W, 70 feet;
thence S26 °34'E, 50 feet;
thence N63 °26 E, 70 feet;
thence N26 °34'W, 50 feet to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record.
