direction of BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., acting under a power of sale contained in
the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter
described real property on January 14, 2014, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at
public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925
Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. "Successful Bidder made
the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$267,345.78, and the said real property was then and there sold to the

Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale
was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on January 16,
2014, at Reception No. 974960 in Book 826 at Page 805;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal
National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain

the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;

Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
