BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of the Manley property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Document
No. 456067, in Book 111 PR, on Page 482, with said Office, said Point of Beginning being 264.00 feet South
0 °41'25" West, along the West line of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 31 North,
Range 118 West, from the Marlowe A. Scherbel PLS 5368, 1999 location for the Northwest Corner of said South
Half of the Northwest Quarter;
Thence South 0 °41'25" West, continuing along said West line, 207.16 feet, said Point being 852.12 feet North
0 °41'25" East, along said West line, from the Marlowe A. Scherbel PLS 5368, 1999 location for the Southwest
Corner of said South Half of the Northwest Quarter;
Thence North 89 °39'23" West 498.07 feet to a Point in the East line of the Putnam property, as referred to in the
Deed recorded with Document No. 864920, in Book 443PR, on Page 275, with said office;
Thence North 0 °39'42" East, along said East line, 207.19 feet to a Point in the South line of said Manley property;
Thence South 89°39'12" East, along said South line, 498.17 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
