THIS MATTER has come before the Court on the verified motion of Charles M
Clinger, of LUTHI VOYLES, LLC, counsel for Plaintiff Tamara Colby, for a Decree:

Quieting Title for Plaintiff to the real property at issue in this matter pursuant to Wyoming
Statutes 1 -32 -201 et seq. The Court has reviewed the motion and the file herein.
The Court finds:
1. That Plaintiff filed a Complaint to Quiet Title to the real property at issue in this
matter on March 21, 2014.
2. That all persons who have or might have an interest in the real property at issue in
this matter were properly served, either by personal service or by publication.
3. That no one has timely answered Plaintiff's Complaint and /or filed any opposition
to the relief requested by Plaintiff in her Complaint.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that title to the following
described real property near Kemmerer, Wyoming is hereby QUIETED in Plaintiff's name,
Tamara Colby, a single woman:
THAT PART OF LOT TWENTY (20) AND THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE
SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 24 NORTH RANGE 117
WEST, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING LYING AND BEING SITUATE
WESTERLY OF THE WESTERLY RIGHT -OF -WAY LANE OF THE HAMS FORK
COUNTY ROAD NO. 12 -305 AS DEPICTED UPON THE OFFICIAL PLAT FOR
SAID COUNTY ROAD OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF
LINCOLN COUNTY AND DATED 9 MAY 1984.
