situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 2 of Mitchell Family Estates, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official Plat No. 230 -B filed
August 10, 2005 as Instrument No. 910800 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Excepting any portion of Lot 2 lying within the property described in Warranty Deed recorded February 4, 1986 in
Book 235PR, page 440, records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
