for consideration paid, quitclaim to Lori J. Magee, Grantee, whose address is 831
Lancaster Lane, Afton, Wyoming 83110 all of my right title and interest in and to the
following described real estate located in Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, to wit:

Together with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto.
Subject to taxes, assessments, covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights -of-
