QUITCLAIM DEED
BRYAN D. CARMICHAEL and LOU ANN CARMICHAEL, husband and wife, Grantors,
of Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
QUITCLAIM to BONNIE R. LARSON, as Successor Trustee of the DONALD G. LARSON
REVOCABLE TRUST dated March 4, 2003, and to BONNIE R. LARSON, as Trustee of the
BONNIE R. LARSON REVOCABLE TRUST dated March 4, 2003, Grantee, whose address is P.O.
Box 87, Cokeville, Wyoming 83114 -0087, all of Grantors' right, title and interest in and to the
following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
A parcel of land located in the NEI SE' of Section 29, Township 26 North,
Range 118 West, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 29 and running thence N
00 °02'22" W, 2310.25 FEET along the East line thereof; thence S 89 °57'38" W,
735.24 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence S 89 °15'07" W, 102.54 feet; thence S 24 °21'26" W, 123.07 feet;
thence N 73 °34'53" W, 99.54 feet; thence N 56 °41'04" W, 153.19 feet;
thence N 06 °43'40" E, 245.63 feet; thence S 85 °46'31" E, 176.29 feet;
thence S 35 °32'06" E, 114.85 feet; thence S 83 °12'14' E, 88.76 feet to a point
lying on the Westerly bank of the Smiths Fork River; thence S 10 °07'26' W, 45.93
feet along said bank;
thence S 27 °45'11" E, 38.97 feet along said bank;
thence S 08 °55'27" E, 46.66 feet along said bank to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
Said tract containing 2.003 acres, more or less.
SUBJECT TO an access easement being 20.00 feet wide, 10.00 feet on each side of
the following described centerline:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 29 and running thence N
00 °02'22" W, 2342.70 feet along the East line thereof; thence S 89 °57'38" W, 740.32
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, said point lying on the East line of the above
described property;
thence S 79 °59'34" W, 79.10 feet; thence S 68 °55'21" W, 98.83 feet;
thence S 85 °22'43" W, 36.24 feet; thence N 73 °18'58" W, 32.58 feet;
thence N 43 °29'13" W, 52.18 feet; thence N 03 °12'51" W, 32.45 feet;
thence N 40 °00'05" E, 52.95 feet; thence N 64°14'15" E, 137.40 feet to the
POINT OF ENDING, said point lying on the North line of said parcel.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and
rights -of -way of record.
