KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Felix G. Abriani, Trustee of the
Felix G. Abriani Living Trust, and any amendments thereto, dated November 30,
1995, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has
remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents does remis, release
and forever quitclaim to William F. Abriani„ a single man, an undivided 1 /4 interest,
and Jayne M. Abriani, formerly known as Jayne M. Kliest, a single woman, an
undivided 1 /4 interest, whose address is 1316 1 West Avenue, Kemmerer, WY 83101,
all right, title and interest in the following described real property in the State of
Wyoming, County of Lincoln:
Lot Number 24 in Kemmerer Industrial Park #1, to the Town of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming
Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereto.
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions and right -of -ways of record, of sight
or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
