Hunter and Kimberly Hunter, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents do remis, release and forever quitclaim to Aric M. Hunter, a single person, whose address is 1783 Dell Rio Drive, Kemmerer, WY 83101, all right, title and interest in the following described real property in the State of Wyoming, County of Lincoln: Lot 2 of Block 5 of Lincoln Heights 5th Addition, First Filing to the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof and also Lot 2A, Amended Plat Dell Rio Addition to the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof, together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions and right -of -ways of record, of sight or in use. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. In witness whereof, we have hereunto set our signature this day of 2014.
