HomeMy WebLinkAbout976982 QUITCLAIM DEED KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That LaDeen Astle, Trustee of the Astle Family Trust dated June 17, 1998, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantor, in consideration of Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration the receipt of which is acknowledged, conveys and quitclaims unto Val Elwood Astle and Helen L. Astle, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of PO Box 804, Afton, WY 83110, grantees, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as she has or ought to have, it or to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to -wit: The North Half (N of Southeast Quarter (SE%4) of Section Twenty -six (26) in Township Thirty -two (32) North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M., Wyoming, excepting therefrom the West Two (2) rods of N' /ZSE%4 of Section Twenty -six (26) in Township Thirty -two (32) North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M.
