acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and
by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrator-,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto
Sandra A. Hurst and Alicia M. Kilkenny,
as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship

heirs and assigns, forever
all such right, title interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I have,
ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all of the following described premises, to -wit:
The W1/2NE1/4 and E`/2NW1/4, Section 8, '1'25N R118W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, described under the Resurvey as Tract 74, containing 159.57
acres, And
Lots 18, 19 and 32 of Section 8 and Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12 13 and SE1/4NW1/4
of Section 9, T25N R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyom_,ng.
containing 262.43 acres.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
