WYOMING, AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT FILED ON JULY 26, 2004
AS INSTRUMENT NO. 901353 OF THE RECORDS OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY
CLERK.
Subject to easements, declarations of covenants and restrictions, rights of way of record,
and taxes for the current year and thereafter.
Jennifer A. Davis, spouse of Jayson W. Davis, join in the execution of this Warranty
Deed solely for the purpose of waiving any rights she may have under the Homestead
exemption laws of State of Wyoming
