TAX DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that whereas, the following described real property, viz: A parcel of
land located within the town of Opal, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of lot 9, block 3, of the Amended Plat of the Town of :)pal; thence North 89
degrees 55 min 38 sec West, along the Southernly boundary of the 30 ft public easement of said block 3, a distance
of 121.29 ft, thence South 01 degrees 6 min 00 sec East, a distance of 133.58 ft; thence 86 degrees 36 min 56 sec
East, a distance of 128.33 ft to the Southeast corner of said lot 9, Block 3; thence North 00 degrees 04 min, 22 sec
East, along the Westerly line of said lot 9, block 3, a distance of 120.5 ft to the point of beginning of said parcel of
land, with a legal description of: T21 R114 526 TR38, was subject to taxation for the year(s) 2008 through 2013
A.D.; and whereas the taxes assessed upon said real property for the year(s) aforesaid, remained due and unpaid
at the date of such sale hereinafter named, and whereas the treasurer of the said county did on the 22nd day of
July A.D. 2009 by virtue of the authority vested by law, at the sale begun and publicly held c n the 22nd day of July
A.D. 2009, expose to public sale at the court house in the county aforesaid, in substantial conformity with all the
requirements of the statute in such case made and provided, the real property above described, for the payment
of the taxes, interest and costs then due, and remaining unpaid on said property, and whereas at the time and
place aforesaid, Jerry L. Greenfield Treasurer, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and of Wes Sibert having
offered to pay the sum of Seventy -five dollars and 80 cents being the whole amount of taxes, interest and costs
then due and remaining unpaid on said property: A parcel of land located within the town of Opal, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of lot 9, block 3, of the
Amended Plat of the Town of Opal; thence North 89 degrees 55 min 38 sec West, along th= Scuthernly boundary
of the 30 ft public easement of said block 3, a distance of 121.29 ft, thence South 01 degrees 6 min 00 sec East, a
distance of 133.58 ft; thence 86 degrees 36 min 56 sec East, a distance of 128.33 ft to the Southeast corner of said
lot 9, Block 3; thence North 00 degrees 04 min, 22 sec East, along the Westerly line of said lat 9, block 3, a distance
of 120.5 ft to the point of beginning of said parcel of land, with a legal description of: T21 R1:.4 S26 TR38, which
was the least quantity bid for, and payment of said sum having been made by him to the saic treasurer the said
property was stricken off to him at that price and, whereas five (5) years have elapsed since the date of said sale,
and the said property has not been redeemed therefrom, as provided for by law: now, therefore, I, Kathy H.
Tomassi Treasurer of the County aforesaid, for and in consideration of the said sum tc the treasurer paid as
aforesaid, and by virtue of the statute in such case made and provided, have granted, bargained and sold, and by
these presents do grant, bargain and sell, unto the said Wes Sibert, his heirs and assigns, the real property last
hereinbefore described, to have and to hold unto him, the said Wes Sibert, his heirs and assigns forever, subject,
however, to all the rights of redemption provided by law and to any special assessments for unpaid local or public
improvements.
In witness whereof, I, Kathy H. Tomassi, treasurer, as aforesaid by virtue of the authority aforesaid, have
hereunto subscribed by name, on this 13th day of June A.D. 2014.
