Michael R. McLaren, a single person, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to MatthewL.Heiner and
Sarah E. Heiner, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, GRANTEES,
whose address is 919 3` West Avenue, Kemmerer, WY 83101, the following described
real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and
releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 24 Block 2 of Lincoln Heights Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat filed October 11, 1960 as instrument No.
356535 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk
Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereto.
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight and /or
record.
