AFFIDAVIT OF DISTRIBUTION
PURSUANT TO WYO. STAT. 2 -1 -201
Comes now the Affiants, Joyce M. Wilson, Lori Sipe and Julie Boer, being first duly
sworn, who does hereby state and allege as follows:
1) We are adults, competent to testify, and Joyce M. Wilson is the surviving parent
to Holly Lou Wilson, also sometimes referred to as "Holly Harding and Lori Sipe and Julie
Boer are the sole surviving siblings of Holly Lou Wilson.
2) We make the following affirmations based upon our own best investigations,
information and beliefs in accordance with the provisions of Wyo. Stat. 2 -1 -201, as amended.
3) To the best of our knowledge, the value of the entire probate estate of Holly Lou
Wilson, wherever located, less liens and encumbrances, does not exceed two hundred thousand
dollars ($200,000.00).
4) That Holly Lou Wilson passed away on April 23, 2014, and the place of last
residence of Holly Lou Wilson was the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming. See Attached
Exhibit "A Death Certificate.
5) More than thirty (30) days have elapsed since Holly Lou Wilson's date of death.
6) To the best of our knowledge no court has appointed a personal representative or
executor regarding the estate of Holly Lou Wilson, nor has anyone, to the best of our knowledge,
requested that a personal representative or executor be appointed regarding the estate of Holly
Lou Wilson.
7) At the time of her death Holly Lou Wilson held the following known assets which
are the subject of this Affidavit of Distribution (collectively the. "Assets
Asset Description Net Fair Market Value
Real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and
more particularly described as Lot 70 of the Star Valley
Ranch Plat 21, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described
on the official plat thereof, subject to mortgage in favor
of the Joyce M. Wilson Living Trust, U /A/D 10/25/1999,
and any amendments thereto, Joyce M. Wilson, Trustee
(collectively the "Lincoln County Property
Ten point- zero zero three -three percent (10.0033
membership interest in J &J Wilson LLC, a Wyoming
close limited liability company, at book value (the
"Membership Interests

Wilson;
8) The Affiants continue to collect final medical bills, funeral bills and other debts
and expenses of Holly Lou Wilson which are being paid from the Wells Fargo Account, and
therefore reduce the net asset value of Holly Lou Wilson's known assets.
9) To the best of our knowledge, information, investigations and beliefs, Holly Lou
Wilson passed away without leaving any last will and testament, and therefore her estate would
be administered in accordance with the Wyoming Intestacy Statutes, Wyo. Stat. 2 -4 -101 et
seq., as amended.
10) Holly Lou Wilson was not survived by a spouse or any children and was
predeceased by her father, but was survived by her mother, Joyce M. Wilson, and her sisters,
Lori Sipe and Julie Boer.
11) Pursuant to the provisions of Wyo. Stat. 2- 4- 101(c)(ii), the estate of Holly Lou
Wilson would be distributed in equal parts to her mother, Joyce M. Wilson, and her sisters, Lori
Sipe and Julie Boer; provided, however, that:
a) Joyce M. Wilson did disclaim all of her rights in and to the Membership
Interests, as would have passed to her from the estate of Holly Lou Wilson, and as evidenced by
the Disclaimer of Joyce M. Wilson, which is annexed hereto and incorporated and made a part
hereof by reference;
b) Lori Sipe did timely disclaim all of her rights in and to the estate of Holly
Lou Wilson, exclusive of the Membership Interests, as would have passed to her from the estate
of Holly Lou Wilson, and as evidenced by the Disclaimer of Lori Sipe, which is annexed hereto
and incorporated and made a part hereof by reference; and
c) Julie Boer did timely disclaim all of her rights in and to the estate of Holly
Lou Wilson, exclusive of the Membership Interests, as would have passed to her from the estate
of Holly Lou Wilson, and as evidenced by the Disclaimer of Julie Boer, which is annexed hereto
and incorporated and made a part hereof by reference.
12) Pursuant to the provisions of Wyo. Stat. 2- 4- 101(c)(ii), and the foregoing
disclaimers:
a) The Lincoln County Property shall pass and be distributed to Joyce M.
b) The Personal Property shall pass and be distributed to Joyce M. Wilson;
c) The title to the Truck shall pass and be distributed to Joyce M. Wilson,
upon presentation of a copy of this Affidavit of Distribution as filed with the Lincoln County
Clerk and pursuant to Wyo. Stat. 2- 1- 201(c);
d) The Wells Fargo Account shall pass and be distributed to Joyce M.
Wilson, upon presentation to Wells Fargo. Bank, N.A., of a copy of this Affidavit of Distribution
as filed with the Lincoln County Clerk and pursuant to Wyo. Stat. 2 -1 -201; and
e) The Membership Interests shall pass and be distributed in equal parts to
Lori Sipe and Julie Boer, and pursuant to Wyo. Stat. 2- 1- 201(b), the Manager of J &J Wilson
LLC, a Wyoming close limited liability company, shall complete such transfer upon receipt of a
copy of this Affidavit of Distribution as filed with the Lincoln County Clerk.
13) Further Affiants Sayeth Naught.

I, Joyce M. Wilson (the "Disclaimant pursuant to Wyo. Stat. 2 -1 -401, et seq., as
amended, hereby disclaim, renounce, and refuse to accept, completely, irrevocably, and without
qualification, a portion of the property that would otherwise be distributable to me under the
Wyoming Intestacy Statutes, Wyo. Stat. 2 -4 -101 et seq., as amended, with respect to the
estate of Holly Lou Wilson (collectively the "Estate
The portion of the Estate which I hereby disclaim (the "Disclaimed Property shall
consist of all of the capital, profits and other membership interests in J &J Wilson LLC, a
Wyoming close limited liability company, which are now held by the Estate.
I have not accepted any interest in, or any benefit from, the Disclaimed Property.
As a result of this disclaimer, the Disclaimed Property will pass without any direction on
my part, and the Disclaimed Property will pass to a person other than me pursuant to the
provisions of Wyo. Stat. 2 -1 -401, et seq., as amended.
I have executed this disclaimer and do deliver the same within nine (9) months of Holly
Lou Wilson's death.
