KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the undersigned, VIOLET M. HEISER, as Trustee of the Ernest E. Heiser Family
Trust under Agreement dated 12/13/1990 (hereinafter referred to as "Assignor for and in
consideration of the sum of One and No /100 Dollars ($1.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby confessed and acknowledged, does
hereby convey, transfer, assign, and set over unto the following named party in the amounts
shown:
Violet M. Heiser, as Trustee of the Violet M. Heiser Family Trust
U/A dated 12/13/1990
(hereinafter referred to as "Assignee an overriding royalty, free and clear of all cost and
expense of development and operation, being in the total amount of 0.15% percent all oil, gas,
casinghead gas, and other hydrocarbon substances produced, saved and marketed from the
following described land pursuant to that certain oil and gas lease described as follows:
Federal Oil and Gas Lease USA W- 0310646
Township 21 North, Range 112 West, 6 P.M.
Section 22: SWNE, W2, SE
Section 26: All
Lincoln County, Wyoming
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the interest herein transferred and assigned unto said
Assignee, their heirs, devisees, personal representatives, successors and assigns, forever, subject

That the overriding royalty interest herein transferred is payable out of and only
out of the oil and gas produced, save and marketed, pursuant to the terms and
provisions of the above described oil and gas lease.
That the overriding royalty interest herein provided for shall not, in any event, be
paid or accrued upon any oil, gas, casinghead gas and other hydrocarbon
substances used for operating, development or production purposes upon the
above described lands or unavoidably lost; and no overriding royalty shall be
paid upon gas used for repressuring or recycling operations or pressure
maintenance operations benefitting said lands.

On this day personally appeared before the undersigned, a Notary Public within and for
the County and State aforesaid, duly qualified, commissioned and acting, Violet M. Heiser, as
Trustee of the Ernest E. Heiser Family Trust under Agreement dated 12/13/1990, to me well
known as the person, who signed the foregoing instrument and stated that she had executed the
same for the consideration and purposes therein mentioned and set forth.
