THIS AGREEMENT is made to be effective the 1 day of April, 2014, by and between the
following parties to wit:
Anadarko E &P Onshore LLC; (referred to herein as "Lessor
William F. Sears and George E. Collins; (referred to herein as "Lessees
WITNESSETH:
and
WITNESSETH, THAT:
WHEREAS, Lessor owns the surface interest of the lands situated in the BLM designated
Albert Creek Allotment, Uinta Lincoln Counties, Wyoming, described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof; and
Lessor, in consideration of the covenants and payments made by Lessee, agrees to lease and
does hereby lease unto Lessee for a term of six years (6) and for the purpose of fixing the exact term,
this Lease shall commence on April 1, 2014 and terminate on March 31, 2020.
The said Grazing and Agricultural Lease agreement is subject to all terms, provisions and
conditions stated in full in an unrecorded instrument, bearing this same date, duplicate originals of
which instrument are in the possession of Lessor and Lessee. Reference is here made to said
instrument for all purposes.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Grazing and Agricultural Lease agreement has been executed
as of the date first above written. This Memorandum may be signed and delivered in multiple
counterparts. It shall be binding upon those who execute it or a counterpart whether or not it or a
counterpart is executed by some other party or parties.
