($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Jake Keehn and Kasondra Keehn,
husband and wife as tenants by the entireties, GRANTEES, whose address is Post Office
Box 91, Grover, Wyoming 83122, the following described real estate, situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under
and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 4 of the Hialeah Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described
on the official plat filed on May 27, 1982 as Instrument No. 578121 of the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk.

Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights -of-
