Teichert Brothers LLC, Grantor, and the UNITED SJrATES OF AMERICA and its
assigns, Grantee,
NOW THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Teichert
Brothers LLC, does by these presents grant and convey, unto the Grantee, its
successors, and assigns, forever, the following- described land in Lincoln County,
Wyoming:
Part of Section Thirty -one (31), Township Twenty -Four (24) North, Range
One Hundred Nineteen (119) West, 6 Principal Meriden, lying South of
the Thompson Etcheverry allotment fence being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said Section Thirty -one (31),
thence due East Seven Hundred Ninety -two (792.00) feet to said allotment
fence; thence due North One Thousand One Hundred Fifty -five (1155.00)
feet along said allotment fence; thence due West Seven Hundred Ninety
two (792.00) feet; thence due South One Thousand One Hundred Fifty
five (1155.00) feet to the Point of Beginning.
The above described tract of land contains 21.00 acres, more or Tess.
TOGETHER, with any and all water rights, water, ditches, and ditch rights -of-
way, reservoirs, springs, easements and profits thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining which are now or hereafter may be used on the aforesaid lands which in
any manner entitle said Grantor, successors and assigns, to water for irrigation,
domestic, stock or other purposes on said lands.
The above described land is acquired for the use and benefit of the Fish and Wildlife
Service, United States Department of the Interior.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the granted premises together with all the rights and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining to the said Grantee, its
successors and assigns forever, subject however to:
1. Existing rights -of -way for highways, railroads, roads, pipelines, canals,
ditches, laterals, electrical transmission lines and telegraph, telephone, and
cable lines.
2. Any oil, gas or mineral rights of record reserved to or outstanding in third
parties.
3. Rights of the United States and third parties, if any, as provided for by the
patent.
