of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, Don D. Failoni, as Trustee of the Don D. Failoni Trust dated
November 16, 2005, hereinafter called the grantor, hereby grants to THE TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION OF
WYOMING, 5300 Bishop Blvd., Cheyenne, Wyoming, 82009 -3340, its assigns or contractors, hereinafter called the
grantee, the right to lay out, construct, inspect, operate and maintain deer fence for the benefit of the public being
over, across and upon the following described lands located in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, to wit:
All that portion of the NW' /SW%/ of Section 4, T.21N., R.118W. lying between parallel right -of -way lines 20
feet apart, being 10 feet on each side when measured at right angles to the following described centerline, said parallel
right -of -way lines begin on the existing northerly right -of -way boundary of U.S. Highway 30 and end on the east
boundary of said NW'/ SW' /a of said Section 4:
Commencing at the southwest comer of said Section 4 from which the west quarter comer thereof bears
N. 00 °21'02" E. a distance of 2,635.64 feet and the south quarter comer thereof bears S. 89 °54'51" E. a distance of
2,637.44 feet, said comers each being monumented by a G.L.O. brass cap;
thence N. 37 °15'48" E. a distance of 1,931.34 feet to a point on said existing northerly right -of -way boundary of
U.S. Highway 30, being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence N. 32 °31'35" E. a distance of 142.18 feet;
thence N. 78 °42'00" E. a distance of 682.64 feet;
thence S. 73 °15'35" E. a distance of 440.90 feet;
thence S. 17 °12'07" E. a distance of 411.89 feet;
thence S. 63 °53'43" E. a distance of 213.39 feet to a point on the east boundary of the SE %SW% of said
Section 4 from which said south quarter comer thereof bears S. 00°39'12" W. a distance of 1,180.39 feet and the north
quarter corner thereof bears N. 00 °39' 12" E. a distance of 4,020.41 feet, said comers each being monumented by a
G.L.O. brass cap.
LESS AND EXCEPTING therefrom that portion located in the E' SW'/ of said Section 4.
The above described parcel of land contains 0.11 of an acre, more or less.
Basis of bearing for the above described parcel of land is N. 00°21 boT' E. along the west boundary of the SW'' /o
of said Section 4.
Together with Plat and Certificate of Surveyor attached hereto and made parts hereof.
Grantor grants the right of ingress and egress to and from said land for any and all purposes necessary and
incident to the exercise by the grantee, of the rights granted by this conveyance.
The grant herein contained is an easement and shall be perpetual so long as said land is used for the
aforementioned purposes.
