liability company, c/o LUTHI VOYLES, LLC, P.O. Box 820, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTOR, for and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to INDIAN CREEK SUBDIVISION
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Wyoming nonprofit corporation, c/o LUTHI VOYLES, LLC, P.O.
Box 820, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTEES, and its successors and assigns, the following described property
situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit:
The improvements, which are the water well and its equipment, the pump house and its
equipment, the water tank and its equipment, and the main waterlines that have been constructed within the
road easements and utility easements within Indian Creek Subdivision, as those easements are shown on
the plat that was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on September 22, 1994 as Map
Plat No. 105 -A and as Document No. 790164, as modified by the Affidavits of Vacation of Part of
Halfmoon Drive Within Indian Creek Subdivision filed on June 6, 2007 in Book 660 beginning at Page 810
as Receiving Nos. 930066, 930067, 930068, and 930069.
