QUIT -CLAIM DEED
THIS CORRECTED QUIT -CLAIM DEED is executed this day of May, 2014,
by NORD HALLS and SALLY HALLS, as Grantors, which state, represent and certify as follows:
3 WHEREAS, on June 17, 2013, Grantors executed that certain Quit -Claim Deed
whereby the Grantors conveyed to THE HALLS FAMILY TRUST, dated March 2, 1987, a tract
of land located in Lincoln County, Wyoming,; and
WHEREAS, said Quit -Claim Deed was recorded in the Official Records of the
Lincoln County Recorder on July 1, 2013, as Entry No. 971789, in Book 814 at Page 757 and
contained an incorrect legal description of the property to be conveyed; and
WHEREAS, the Grantor desires to execute, acknowledge and deliver this Corrected.
Quit -Claim Deed to correct the legal description to be conveyed to Grantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, consistent with the foregoing, and for and in consideration of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which
are hereby acknowledged, NORD HALLS and SALLY HALLS, Grantor, hereby QUIT -CLAIM
unto:
NORD HALLS and SALLY LAREE HALLS, Trustees, or their
successor(s) in trust, under THE HALLS FAMILY TRUST, dated
March 2, 1987, and any amendments thereto,
Grantee, whose address is 2899 West 7550 South, West Jordan, Utah 84084Sa1t Lake City, Utah
84124 -1206, the tract of real property situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, as more
particularly described as follows:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO
AND INCORPORATED HEREIN BY THIS REFERENCE
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Grantors have executed this instrument on this
day of May, 2014.

The following described parcel of real property is located in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming
That part of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 6, Township
30 North, Range 118 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of
record in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk in Book 608, page 881, as more
particularly described on the attached "Description for Reeves Farms Inc. Halls
Tract Revised" which is incorporated herein by this reference.
SUBJECT to all covenants, easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and
rights -of -way of sight or record including without limitation that certain
Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions dated November 4, 2008,
and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk 011 November 25, 2008, in
