WYOMING, AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL MAP AND PLAT THEREOF
FILED MAY 3, 1979 AS INSTRUMENT NO. 523541 IN THE OFFICE OF THE
LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK.
Subject to easements, declarations of covenants and restrictions, rights of way of record,
and taxes for the current year and thereafter.
