the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
state to -wit:
Lot 1 of Henderson Corner Amended, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on the
official plat filed with Instrument No. 930712 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
EXCEPTING therefrom the land described in Warranty Deed recorded August 30, 2012 in
Book 792PR on page 730 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record.
