We, BRENT FRANCIS SIMPSON AND BEVERLY L. SIMPSON, husband and
wife, Trustees of the Brent F. and Beverly L. Simpson Family Revocable Trust,
Grantors, of Tumerville, Lincoln County, Wyoming, 83112, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT
to: ANGELA S. BAGLEY Grantee of Turnerville, Lincoln County, Wyoming, 83112,
the following described certain real property situated in Lincoln County and State
of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
The property as described in Exhibit "A" a copy of which is attached
hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and
all other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights -of -way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
WITNESS our hands this .01 to day of June 2014.

with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within
the SE1 /4NE1/4 of Section 15, T33N, R118W, of the 6 P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, the Boundary and Encumbrances being more
particularly described as follows:
The BEGINNING AT A Point in the North line of the Non Exclusive 60
foot Right -of -Way, as referred to in the Turnerville Twin Peaks.
LLC Deed recorded with Receiving No. 929454, in Book 658, on Page
322, with said Office;
said Point of Beginning being 2,078.13 feet S13 03'00 "W from the
U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management, 1966
location for the Northeast Corner of the NE1 /4 of said Section 15,
also
said Point of Beginning being 754.61 feet N33 41'25 "W 754.61 feet
from U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management,
1966 location for the Southeast Corner of said NE1 /4 of said
Section 15;
thence S81 07'24 "W, along said North line of said Non Exclusive 60
foot Right -of -Way, 123.10 feet;
