Lincoln County, Wyoming, the part of said Lot 9 being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point common to said Lot 9, Lot 10 and Ruby Street; and, running
thence Southwesterly, along the lot line parallel with the lot thence Northwesterly,
140 feet on a line parallel with the lot lines common to said Lots 9 and 10 to the
