and wife and as tenants by the entireties, with a principal mailing address of PO Box 2121,
Jackson, Wyoming 83001 (collectively the "Grantors for.teri dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey and
quitclaim the following described real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, unto the
James E. Tucker and Patricia A. Tucker Revocable Trust, U /A/D June 9, 2004, as amended,
James E. Tucker and Patricia A. Tucker, Trustees and on behalf of their successors in trust, with
a principal mailing address of PO Box 2360, Jackson, Wyoming 83001 (collectively the
"Grantee with the intent that the following described property, and any proceeds or other
derivatives thereof, constitute tenancy by the entirety property in accordance with the provisions
of Wyo. Stat. 4- 10- 402(c) as amended. The real property which is the subject of this Warranty
Deed is located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows:
Lot 549 of Star Valley Ranch RV Park Plat 2 Stage 2, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the Official Plat thereof.
Together with and including all improvements thereof and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging; but subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions,
easements, reservations, right, and rights -of -way of sight and/or record, and further
subject to discrepancies, conflicts on boundary lines, shortage of area, encroachments and
any facts which a correct survey and inspections of the premises would disclose and
which are not shown on the public record, and further subject to zoning laws and
restrictions.
Furthermore, know all persons by these presents that the Grantors do hereby waive and
__lease any and all rights that the Grantors may have in the aforementioned real property by
virtue of or arising under the homestead laws of the State of Wyoming.
