AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the following described
tract of land in Lincoln County, State of WY, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
LOT 39 OF THE SOUTHBROOK RANCHES SUBDIVISION, DOCUMENT
NUMBER 722722 MAP NUMBER 335 -1, RECORDED SEPTEMBER 5,1990 IN THE
OFFICE OF THE CLERK, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING
Grantee herein is prohibited from conveying captioned property for any sales price for a
period of 30 days from the date of this deed. After this 30 day period, Grantee is further
prohibited from conveying the property for asales price greater than 120% of the short
sale price until 90 days from the date of the deed These restrictions shall run with the
land are not personal to the Grantee.
Subject to easements, declarations of covenants and restrictions, rights of way of record,
and taxes for the current year and thereafter.
