Wyoming, together with that portion of the alley adjacent to the southwesterly line of said lots and to the
Southwesterly line of a portion of Lot 10 of said Block, more particularly described as follows;
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 7; thence S 63° 26' W, a distance of 20 feet to the
Northeast corner of Lot 6 of said Block 14; thence S 26° 34' E, along the Northeasterly line of Lots 4, 5
and 6 and a portion of Lot 3 of said Block 14, a distance of 175 feet to a point 25 feet South of the
