Warranty Deed
Philip Alan Bunker, as to an undivided 1 /2 interest
Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other Good and Valuable
Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT TO:
Cameron Properties Limited Partnership, a North Carolina Partnership, as to an
undivided 50% interest,
LOTT Partnership II, a North Carolina General Partnership, as to an
undivided 31 1/2% interest
and
Thrash Limited Partnership, a North Carolina Limited Partnership, as to an
undivided 18 1/2 interest
Grantees, whose mailing address is Lott Partnership II, 25 Liberty Road, Candler, NC 28715, the
following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State to -wit:
The West 1 /2 of Lot 6 of Section 2, Township 24 North, Range 116 West of the 6th P.M,
Lincoln County, Wyoming
Subject to any and all easements, reservations, restrictions and right -of -ways of record, of sight
or in use.
