That certain mortgage dated November 26, 2007 and recorded December 11, 2007, in Book 680PR, Page 830 in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming wherein Scott Smith and Sandra Smith executed the same as Mortgagor to 1st Bank Afton in the original principal amount of $66,006.00. 2.
