EASEMENT AGREEMENT
THIS EASEMENT AGREEMENT is entered into on this, the 26 day of_JArikra4 by
ROBERT R. MEIKLE, a married man holding title as his separate property, P.O. Box 3762, Alpine,
Wyoming 83128, ROBERT R. MEIKLE and JAMIE S. MEIKLE, husband and wife, as tenants by the
entireties, P.O. Box 3576, Alpine, Wyoming 83128 and SALT RIVER COVE PROPERTY OWNERS
ASSOCIATION, a Wyoming nonprofit corporation, P.O. Box 3762, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, jointly,
the "Parties
WHEREAS, Robert R. Meikle is the owner of real property described in the Special Warranty
Deed that was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on June 19, 2003 in Book 524
PR at Page 500 as Instrument No. 890951, a copy of which is attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, Robert R. Meikle and Jamie S. Meikle are the owners of real property described in
the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on March 23,
2005 in Book 581 at Page 335 as Receiving No. 907195, a copy of which is attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, Salt River Cove Property Owners Association is the owner of real property
described in the Assignment and Quitclaim Deed that was recorded in the land Records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming on July 1, 2009 in Book 726 at Page 654 as Receiving No. 948073, a copy of which is
attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the Parties wish to abandon the sixty (60) foot easement for ingress and egress that
was created in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on
October 8, 2003 in Book 537 PR at Page 663 as Instrument No. 894217 and as depicted on Salt River
Cove Division No. 2 that was recorded in the Lincoln County, Wyoming land records on January 3, 2006
as Instrument No. 914941 and on Salt River Cove Division No. 2 Second Filing that was recorded in the
land Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on September 5, 2007 as Instrument No. 932861, hereafter,
the "Old Easement"; and
WHEREAS, the Parties wish to grant a new easement for foot access and underground utilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties, for themselves and their heirs and /or successors and assigns,
for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by all of the Parties,
agree as follows:
1. That the Parties hereby relinquish the Old Easement and declare that the Old Easement
shall be of no further legal effect.
2. That the Parties hereby grant and /or reserve to themselves non exclusive easements for
pedestrian ingress and egress and for underground utilities as described in the attached "DESCRIPTION
FOR ACCESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT #1 AND ACCESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT #2, dated
26 December 2013.

THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED is made the

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Robert R. Meikle and Connie R. Meikle,
husband and wife, of Alpine, Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantors, in consideration of Ten and No /100
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged,
assign, convey, and quitclaim unto Salt River Cove Property Owners Association, a Wyoming
nonprofit corporation, of PO Box 3762, Alpine, WY 83128, grantee, all such right, title, interest,
property, possession, claim and demand as he has or ought to have, in or to all the following
described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to -wit:
In Salt River Cove subdivision, all common areas, common open space, common
recreational areas, road, trail, and utility easements, private roadways, all
improvements associated with the domestic water system, and equestrian and
walking trails, all as defined in that certain Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and
Restrictions of Salt River Cove Development, dated June 15, 2004, and recorded in
the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on June 23, 2004, in Book 559 PR, page 671,
and as more particularly depicted on the official plat thereof on file in the office of the
Lincoln County Clerk in Kemmerer, Wyoming, as the plat of Salt River Cove
Division No. 2, and recorded on January 3, 2006, as Instrument No. 914941.
Together with any and all improvements.
