Trustees, dated May 25, 2007, Grantors, of P.O. Box 195, Moreland, Idaho 83256, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to the Living Trust

Agreement of Joel Neuenschwander, dated November 28, 1995, an undivided one -half /z)
interest and the Julia T. Haderlie Family Revocable Trust, dated July 13, 1994, an undivided
one -half (1/2) interest, as tenants in common, Grantees, of P.O. Box 1445, Afton, Wyoming, 83110
the following described certain real property, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State, to -wit:

Commencing at a point 30 rods West of the NE Corner of the NW of Section
36, T32N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence
West 70 feet; thence South 660 feet, thence East 70 feet; thence North 660 feet to the
point of beginning, containing an area of 1.06 acres, more or less.
Commencing at a point which is 40 rods West and 114.67 feet South of the Northeast
Corner of the NW1/4NE1/4 of Section 36, T32N, R119W of the 6 P.M., Wyoming,
and running thence South 1205.33 feet, thence East 165 feet, thence North 660 feet,
thence West 70 feet, thence North 545.33 feet, thence West 95 feet to the point of
beginning. Containing 3.69 acres, more or less.
Commencing at a point 35 fords and 11 feet West of the Northeast Corner of the
NW1/4NE of Section 36, T32N, R119W of the 6 P.M., Wyoming, and pinning
thence West seventy -one and one half (71 1 /2) feet, thence South one hundred and
sixty -five (165) feet, thence East seventy -one and one half 71 1 /2) feet, thence North
one hundred and sixty -five (165) feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other
things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT TO all covenants, conditions, easements, exceptions, restrictions,
reservations and rights of way of sight or record.
