NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ROBERT GEORGE WULFERT and LINDA
DIANA WULFERT, Trustees of the Robert George Wulfert and Linda Diana Wulfert Revocable
Trust dated February 14, 2007, whose address for purposes of this instrument is P.O. Box 276,
14920 South Overfield Road, Arizona City, AZ 85123, as Seller, and JOHN MYERS and
SYMONA LOPEZ, as tenants in common, whose address for purposes of this agreement is 21
Midway Park, P.O. Box 93, La Barge, WY 83123, as Purchaser, have this date entered into an
installment sale agreement and escrow agreement (contract for deed) concerning the sale and
purchase of the following- described real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to -wit:
That part of the NE1 /4 SE1 /4 SW1 /4 of Section 6, T26N, R112W, within the
incorporated limits of the town of La Barge, Lincoln County, Wyoming described as
follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of lot 1 of block 3 of the amended Plat Browns 1st
Addition to the Town of La Barge of record in the office of the clerk of Lincoln County
as PLAT NO. 290A; thence S 89 °56'36 "E, 115.00 feet along the south line of said lot 1
to the southeast corner; thence S 00°08'18"W, 215.03 feet along the west line of Elm
Street to a corner thence N82 °29'45 "W, 115.96 feet to a 5/8 ins. steel reinforcing rod
thence N00 °08' 18 "E, 200.00 feet to the corner of beginning ENCOMPASSING an area
of 0.55 acre, more or less SUBJECT to a "Temporary cul -de -sac" as depicted upon said
plat TOGETHER with a right of ingress and egress along the east (30) feet of the
NW1 /4SE1 /4SW1 /4 of said SECTION 6; TOGETHER with a right of ingress and egress
along the west (2) feet more or less, of the NE1 /4SE1 /4SW1/4; TOGETHER with a right
of ingress and egress across the following described lands; A strip of land thirty (30) feet
in width being part of the NE1 /4SE1 /4SW1 /4 of section 6, T26N, R112W with the south
line described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of lot 1 of block 3 of said plat NO. 290A; thence
N89 °56'36 "W, 115.00 feet along the north line of said lot 1 to the northwest corner
thence continuing N89 °56'36 "W two (2) feet more or less, to an intersection with the
NW1 /4SE1 /4SW1 /4; each corner marked by a 1 i/z ins. aluminum cap upon a 5/8 ins.
steel reinforcing rod; all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in said office
titled. "PLAT OF TRACTS IN THE N1 /2SE1 /4SW1 /4 SECTION 6 T26N, R112W
TOWN OF LA BARGE LINCOLN COUNTY WYOMING"
